About the branch
Hanna Branch is easy to find, just a few blocks off Highway 30 in downtown Hanna. Built in 2016, this branch includes a public meeting room available for community use. Children will be delighted with the iPad in the Play, Grow, Read! area where they can practice the early literacy skills of reading, writing, singing, talking and playing. The many windows and a skylight create an open, airy feeling. With comfortable seating inside and out, you will enjoy reading, browsing collections, and using the free Wi-Fi. Outdoor seating is located within range of the wi-fi and power outlets, so you can enjoy using your device in the shade of an umbrella.
The Library’s friendly staff can help you find the items you want, whether you’re looking for information or entertainment. The branch has many collections, including books, audiobooks, music CDs, DVDs and magazines for all ages. Library staff are happy to help you navigate the online catalog and will also show you how to use the library’s eResources, including eBooks, eMagazines, TumbleBooks, and databases.
Other services at this branch include public computers, free notary public service, copier, faxing, and scanning. An outdoor book drop is available for after hours returns.
