Make your own laser cut wood or acrylic earrings, pendants or keychains in this guided DIY class!
In this class you will learn how to use the Dremel laser cutter to create your modern laser cut accessory out of wood or acrylic. Your custom item will make the perfect conversation piece to wear or gift to someone!
During this class, you will work with machinery and a variety of tools. Closed toe shoes are required. Avoid wearing baggy clothing or dangling jewelry and tie back long hair.

The LPCPL Exchange provides access to new spaces and resources.
On the main level you will find, Collaboration space, video and sound studios, meeting rooms.
On the upper level, a makerspace including fiber arts, woodworking, digital fabrication, and 3-D printing; classroom space.
The new location is located in the old telephone switchboard building at 807 Indiana Avenue that was donated to the library several years ago for expansion. The Board of Trustees approved the name “LPCPL Exchange: Connecting People and Ideas” for this new space.
The name pays tribute to the building’s history as a telephone exchange while communicating its new purpose as a place for the community to come together and share ideas.
